Lithuanians in the deepest cave of the world

A group of 3 members of Aenigma has left to Abkhazia to the deepest cave in the world – the Krubera-Voronya cave. The team of Aidas Gudaitis , Gintautas Švedas and Jurgita Pekorienė will join to the expedition of Ukrainian speleological union that explores this cave for several years. The task of our club members is to install the water level gauges in the depth of 1800 m.

If the Lithuanians succeed, the new Lithuanian record of the deepest descent will be reached. Untill now the deepest descent of Lithuanians was in the cave Lukina Yama in Croatia (-1350 m).

The return of the Lithuanian team will be on September 13.
